SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will ship from USA. Domestic orders will take 1-2 weeks to arrive after shipment. International orders will take between 2-12 weeks after shipment. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed or affected. We ensure that your orders are packaged securely. If there are any issues, please contact your local post office first to report the damage before contacting us. After this, we can work with you to find the best solution possible. All inquiries about damaged goods should be sent to [email protected]. Parcels will be shipped with Canada Post, USPS, APC, or PostNL. All orders will be shipped with tracking numbers by default. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or VAT. For Residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom: Though we are able to ship to countries in the EU, due to new shipping restrictions, please note that your package is subject to taxation or VAT guidelines and fees payable by the buyer. Depending on your country's regulations, you will need to pay VAT as outlined by your country of residence.

We have had inquiries of shipping to Russia. As of now, Russia is available to ship to for certain countries, but it is unknown how long this will last. Please note, that while we have decided not shipping there, many people have ordered items to be shipped to a friend or location, and thus had the friends bring it to them in Russia. Transcending Transience will ship to any eligible location, but it will become the customer's responsibility to get the package from there.
This decision is based on numerous discussions within the mod team, who greatly sympathize with the inability to recieve merch or goods.
I'm going to recieve these products, right?
Any purchase you make on this store is a preorder. If we don't meet sales goals, physical orders will be refunded. If you ordered a physical + digital bundle, you will be refunded only the cost of the physical items. Digital items will still be distributed.
AFTER PURCHASING:
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICYWe will offer refunds or exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Orders that were not delivered due to our negligence in package labels (i.e. address label does not match the address on order).
- Orders that contain items that were damaged or otherwise faulty due to our negligence in packaging.
Please provide videos and/or photos when contacting us. - Orders that are missing listed items (i.e. full bundle order missing an item or a group order missing some orders).
- Orders that were undelivered due to incorrectly entered mailing addresses.
- Orders that were shipped to an old address without notifying us prior to the address change deadline.
- Orders that were damaged due to shipping courier negligence and mishandling (i.e. bent to fit mailboxes, left in the rain, or other mishandling that result in damages to the package contents).
- Orders that were undelivered or returned due to unpaid customs fees/taxes.
- If packages have been unclaimed and are returned to us, we will get in touch and arrange a second attempt.
- All buyers will be responsible for covering the costs of reshipments of unclaimed packages.
- If the reshipped package is unclaimed and/or returned, it will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for any refunds.
I change my mind, I don't want what I ordered anymore. May I have a refund?
Once placed, placed orders cannot be changed or refunded.

What happens to profits from this project?
This project is for-profit! Any profits leftover after supplying mods and contributors full bundles will be distributed amongst them equally.
I've moved since placing my order. How can I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address by emailing the project at genshinbaizhuzine@gmail.com. Make sure to include your name, your order number, your old address, and your new address in the email. If you know you will be moving by the time an order is shipped but you're uncertain what your new address will be, please indicate as much in the notes section of your order.
